Replace your factory 5th wheel pin box with a gooseneck connection for a 2-5/16" ball. The Demco eZ-Latch coupler auto-locks during hookup, and the bolt-on design fits a Lippert Turning Point pin box.
This kit removes your factory 5th wheel pin box and replaces it with a gooseneck connection. The trailer couples to a ball in the bed instead of a large fifth-wheel hitch, which clears out more usable bed space when you aren't towing. Add the safety chain kit (SHK35MR - sold separately) to complete the gooseneck setup.
The Demco eZ-Latch coupler closes around the ball as soon as you lower it into place. You do not need to reach in to set a latch or pin. The latch position is visible, so you can confirm it is closed before you pull away. When it is time to unhook, lift the handle and raise the trailer.
Towing capacity is limited by the lowest rated component in your setup.
If you have a recessed gooseneck ball, there must be at least a 12" x 12" opening in your bed for this coupler to work. In addition, the top of the hitch ball cannot be more than 2" from the top of the bed.
Safety chains are needed to attach the mandatory safety chains for your rig. Use SHK35MR (sold separately) for best results.

Everything went as planned with order very happy
It went together fairly quickly and adjusted nicely I think I will be happy with it
Received hitch in a couple days after ordering. Came in two boxes. Only took about 20 minutes to install with a little help. First time out we pulled the trailer about 550 miles. Hitch worked great and would definitely recommend.
Great hitch,But, does not fit in the camper side at the highest setting without cutting out the bottom mount holes for safety chains to be inserted. You would think that the chain pocket would have been move forward 2.5 inches to allow for no modification to the trailer side. There for not very impressed for the mounting. Other than that, great hitch..
Easy installation, although it (and the kingpin I replaced) are quite heavy so a helper is a pretty good idea. Really easy to hitch up and even easier to unhook! So far so good!
